Myths wanted

I'm looking for a myth from which I can borrow. The specific elements I'm looking for include two peoples, one of which is created from the excrement of the other. Anyone got anything close?

Try the Enuma Elish. Also other ancient Near Eastern myths. I've never read them in their entirety, but I seem to remember something about shit.

(Possibly it was mud, or entrails, or both.)

I've heard tell that Coyote created humans by molding them out of excrement. At least, that's one of the stories.

::nod:: That one, I've heard. The Native American myths are accessible, not least because there's been so much scholarship devoted to them.

One of the more interesting facets of comparative mythology is the number of times a Coyote-like trickster figure appears. I may have to borrow that, too.
