When you're poking around various sites, trying to learn what sort of primitive gun can be made with black powder and shot and a whole lot of rocks and shells, don't be surprised at the number of sites that appear to be devoted to survivalists. Just saying.

In addition to the black powder/primitive firearm research, I also hit sites on Calusa Indians and the taking of captives, and on what happens when someone is hamstrung. I'll let you connect the dots. *g*
