So, six properties viewed, two really good ones out of the batch. The best one today is the best of the lot. We've got inquiries in via the real estate agent we're working with, checking to see what conveys. There is a real tractor with a bush hog attachment and two riding lawn tractors already on the property. Stove and fridge probably convey. We will be bringing our own washer and dryer, so no need for those.
The goal is to be out of here and into the new house by the end of September. Tomorrow, I need to talk with the financing person to make sure that's possible. The farm's owners want us out by then so they can start showing the place.
